What I believe to be true:

Person standing on a beach at sunset, making a peace sign with one hand, with their reflection visible in the water.

We are all spiritual beings.

We are pilgrims on a spiritual journey.

Your questions and wonders about your spiritual journey are not problems to be solved, and you are not a problem to be fixed.

I believe you have the wisdom inside you to make meaning out of your life’s journey. We can access it together.

Colorful abstract watercolor art with a rainbow arc and a circular pattern, featuring inspirational text about sensory experiences and divine creation.

Whether you go to church or not, regardless of what faith tradition you practice, even if you have no identified faith practices, we all have a deep core that is connected to a bigger force/energy/universal love/mystery.  We all want to access that deep core and connect to that bigger something.

Art—the process much more than the product—is a way to explore and express meaning and has been vital for my spiritual growth. I believe God has gifted all of us with creative energy as a reflection of the divine image. Pouring out that holy energy from our heart enriches each of us. In our sessions you could explore your artistic expression.

Making connection with the “bigger something,” the mystery at our center is life-giving. Making this connection is ongoing and not a one-time event. Making this connection is not a destination, but a life-long process. You will decide how long we will work together on your journey.

I welcome clients of any faith tradition, the spiritual but not religious, the nones, the dones. Wherever you are on life's journey, I welcome you. In addition, I welcome LGBTQI+ companions with open arms.
